FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (answered!)

Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

A: I make each bracelet by hand with care (& I am quite the perfectionist; If it doesn't look great the first time I will re-make it before I package it up!) This is also not my full time job: I do my best to make as many orders as I can during the week. With that being said, my production time can range from a few days to a few weeks depending on the influx of orders coming in. All orders are processed in the order they are received. PLEASE SEE CURRENT PRODUCTION TIME ON HOMEPAGE BEFORE ORDERING. This is our best estimate for our timeline for custom orders. Once the package is passed on to the mail carrier, shipping delays etc. are out of our hands.

All styles marked as “ready to ship” will go out in 1-3 business days. If your order contains a custom style + a ready to ship style, your entire order will follow the custom timeline. To receive ready to ship styles faster, place 2 separate orders. 

If you are in need of a rush order, please add the RUSH MY ORDER option to your cart, and we will push your order to the top of the production line.

Please note that expedited or 2 day shipping will NOT speed up production time. This is only for shipping. 

Q: I RECEIVED SHIPPING CONFIRMATION BUT DO NOT SEE ANY TRACKING UPDATES. HELP!

A: Because I am a one-woman team, I typically organize my orders by laying out shipping labels. As your order is made and ready to be packed, each bracelet is laid out with the corresponding label. Once a label is printed, you will receive a tracking number. If you received tracking and haven't seen it leave our studio yet, your bracelets are still in production but will be headed to you very soon! 

Keep in mind that USPS is also forgoing scanning in order to move mail through the facilities faster. Sometimes, orders will be dropped off and it will take a few days for the tracking to update. Please be patient! Your stacks will arrive soon!

 

Q: WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE?

A: We source high quality glass, clay, semi-precious, & real gold/silver/rose gold plated beads, chains & pendants. Because we use natural stones in some of our designs, please note that color/shape/size will vary. All letter beads are a plastic resin, some have a metallic coating. Elastic is tested against strict standards. We also super glue all knots to ensure they stay in place. Please see bracelet care page to learn about proper care to keep your bracelets looking new.

All necklaces & earrings are stainless steel or 925 sterling silver plated in genuine gold. These base metals are higher quality than most costume jewelry, which uses copper or brass as a base. They will resist tarnishing but we do recommend removing after wear, wiping, & keeping them in the provided pouch to prolong the life of the plating.

 

Q: CAN I FULLY CUSTOMIZE AN ORDER?

A: Yes! I love to create pieces that are meaningful to YOU - it's the heart behind this brand. Fully customized orders (special pattern/color requests) can be requested by emailing info@thestacksociety.com. Please note that an extra fee will apply as customized orders include a design consultation and proofs to ensure you like the designs.

Q: HOW DO I KNOW WHICH SIZE TO ORDER?

A: This is easy! Take a soft tape measure and wrap it around your wrist. You can also take a string and then measure the string if you do not own a soft tape measure. Our standard size is 7 inches long - this is called "standard" as it is the most used size for bracelets industry wide and fits most wrists. Please note all bracelets are made with stretch cord, so for a tighter fit, size down.

Q: DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

A: Because all of our styles are made by hand at the time they are ordered, we do not accept returns. However, if you have any problems with your order, PLEASE reach out to us! We will do our best to fix any issues!

 

Q: MY ITEM IS A GIFT. CAN IT BE GIFT-WRAPPED?

A: We do not "giftwrap" at this time, but every order comes with a blush pink pouch that is as beautiful as the jewelry inside - PERFECT for gifting!

 

Q: I WANT TO GIFT A CUSTOM STYLE, BUT I NEED IT BEFORE THE CURRENT PRODUCTION WINDOW. HELP!

A: No worries, you have three options to ensure you can still gift one of our custom bracelets!

Option 1: Purchase "Rush My Order" and choose the fastest shipping option

Option 2: email us at info@thestacksociety.com for a printable card you can gift as a placeholder until your gift arrives

Option 3: Place an order from our READY TO SHIP SECTION - these styles can ship out right away!

 Q: I WANT TO PURCHASE BUT DO NOT WANT TO SPEND THE MONEY RIGHT NOW. DO YOU RUN PROMOTIONAL SALES?

Keep in mind we sometimes run a STACK AND SAVE to help you build your stack (a % off when you buy multiples) and free shipping over a certain threshold. Please see shop announcements for any other deals we may be running!

 

Q: DO YOU SHIP TO CANADA/INTERNATIONALLY? 

A: Yes, we do. Please chose USPS international as your shipping option. You will be responsible for paying international shipping and/or customs costs. Please note that international orders do take longer to process and may experience delays.


Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF MY JEWELRY BREAKS OR TARNISHES?

A: If your jewelry breaks prior to 90 days from delivery date, we will replace or repair free of charge. Replacement or repair will be determined on a case by case basis. Please send photos. Styles that need to be repaired are to be shipped back to our studio for repair. TSS will not cover costs to ship back to the studio. Replacements/Repairs for custom orders may follow our current production timeline. We will not replace items that have tarnished - tarnishing is based on your body’s individual PH & how your care for your jewelry (our jewelry is tested against strict standards & will resist tarnishing, but all jewelry can tarnish if not cared for properly). Please reach out to info@thestacksociety.com for more information regarding our repair/replace program. 

 

Q: I LIVE IN SOUTHWEST FLORIDA. CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

A: Please email us at info@thestacksociety.com to see if local pickup is available for your specific order. 

 

Q: I EMAILED OR INSTAGRAM MESSAGED YOU, BUT HAVE NOT HEARD BACK. WHAT DO I DO?

A: Unfortunately, both our email and Instagram are constantly bombarded with spam. Against my best efforts to control the spam, messages DO get lost. If you've contacted us and have not heard back, just send another message to push it back to the right inbox. Email is the best form of contact. Using our contact form on the website ensures you have the right email address. I do my best to respond within 24-48 hours, but I also am just one person :) Please have patience.
