We make each item by hand (with love) in the order they were received. Please understand that because each item is hand-crafted, orders WILL take longer to arrive than mass production - we promise they are worth the wait! In fairness to all of our customers, we are not able to bypass the processing time unless a RUSH order is placed. Orders sometimes ship faster than the timeline provided, the timeline is an estimate based on order volume at the current time. Please note we are currently experiencing delays in materials for custom orders due to the COVID 19 pandemic. As always, we thank you for shopping handmade! Our small team loves making personalized pieces for you and for your loved ones.
Please note that if your order contains a CUSTOM style + a NON CUSTOM/READY TO SHIP style, your order will follow the CUSTOM ORDER deadline. To ship NON CUSTOM styles faster, please place 2 separate orders.

If you would like to place an order to gift and it is needed before the current production window, please reach out to us at info@thestacksociety.com! We can send you a printable card, free of charge, to gift as a placeholder until your bracelets arrive. You can also add RUSH MY ORDER to your cart to push your order to the top of the production line.
SHIPPING DELAYS
All of our products are shipped via USPS, using the service you choose upon checkout. Delivery times may vary based on the shipping service you choose. Orders are processed in our studio in the order they were received. As mentioned above, CUSTOM ORDERS do take time to make before they are shipped. We cannot guarantee delivery dates once the order has been processed by USPS.
While USPS is the most affordable way to ship and receive packages, we ask that you plan for possible delays with your package. Please understand that delays are entirely out of our control. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number at the email address provided at checkout. If you did not provide an email address, you will not receive tracking.
If an order has been marked as delivered, we are unable to provide replacement items. Please contact us for orders that arrive damaged.
