Shipping, Returns & Shop Policies

We do our best to ship out orders as quickly as possible, but please understand that each style is made by hand at the time it is ordered, so production/shipping times will vary based on order volume at the time. Please check our homepage for current processing times before placing an order.

No orders will be shipped or delivered unless invoice is paid in full. 

Please choose carefully when ordering and read item descriptions/size/colors as we do NOT do returns, refunds or exchange. We cannot guarantee customization changes once the order has been placed. All orders are final sale as each item is made to order; We cannot accept cancelations. 

If your jewelry breaks prior to 90 days from delivery date, we will replace or repair free of charge. Replacement or repair will be determined on a case by case basis. Styles that need to be repaired are to be shipped back to our studio for repair. TSS will not cover costs to ship back to the studio, but we will cover shipment back to you. Replacements for custom orders may follow our current production timeline. Please reach out to info@thestacksociety.com for more information regarding our repair/replace program.
